Positions Available:

• 2 x Chef de Partie (Full-time)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is essential

• A strong background in professional kitchens, preferably in a café or restaurant setting

• Passion for creating high-quality dishes and maintaining consistency

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to café standards

• Assisting in menu development and daily specials

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

• Managing stock levels and ensuring minimal waste

• Following food safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards

Working Hours:

Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
