What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is essential

A strong background in professional kitchens, preferably in a café or restaurant setting

Passion for creating high-quality dishes and maintaining consistency

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks

A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to café standards

Assisting in menu development and daily specials

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Managing stock levels and ensuring minimal waste

Following food safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards
Working Hours:
Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
