Freshwater Bay Golf Club is seeking a catering service to operate from our fully equipped kitchen which can accommodate sizeable groups.

The Role:

The Successful candidate(s) will be responsible for:

The day to day running of your own catering franchise at Freshwater Bay Golf Club.
Health & Safety; Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP and sanitation standards.
Menu development.
Quality Control.
Inventory Management.
Customer Engagement.

What is Required:

Experience in the day to day running of a Food & Beverage operation (including functions)
Strong knowledge of food hygiene standards/health & safety regulations
Experience of running your own business/catering company at other locations
Proven track record in menu design and food presentation
Flexibility to be available for weekends, evenings, and special occasions
Proven track record for providing exceptional hospitality
