Luccombe Hall and Luccombe Manor hotels are two quality award winning hotels, set within shared grounds on the clifftop in Shanklin. Shifts may take place at either hotel. The hotels are open all year round and have a great reputation for outstanding customer service, combined with quality accommodation and food. We are an accredited Living Wage Foundation Employer.  We are looking for a capable and motivated Assistant Chef to join our kitchen brigade. Previous experience of cooking in a busy kitchen is required.

Previous kitchen and cooking experience

Food hygiene certificate preferred

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head/2nd Chef with food preparation

Assisting the Head/2nd Chef with service

Cooking breakfast for up to 80 covers

Cooking and preparing lunches, snack and afternoon teas

Washing up

Kitchen cleaning duties

Preparation of starters and sweets

Other kitchen related duties
