We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our busy Service Reception team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a passion for great service, this could be the role for you!
The Role:
As part of our Service Reception team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and managing service appointments.
- Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with our team.
- Handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
- Creating Invoices
- Ordering parts
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a bonus, but not essential.
- A full driving license
