Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Harwoods Renault and Dacia, a family run business. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating communication between the customer and our service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their service needs.
- Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of after sales customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
- Prepare and present estimates for services, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all financial exchanges.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust.
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous to understand customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information
