We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant/ receptionist for our busy BSI 10125 approved Accident Repair Centre. Based at our premises in Newport (Isle of Wight), you will be part of a small friendly team.
Duties will include:
- Invoicing using our Management System.
- Liaising with customers and Insurance Companies.
- Answering the phone, Booking work in.
- Creating Job cards and ordering replacement parts.
- Filing and dealing with accounts queries.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Applicants must hold a full driving license.
