Teemill are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to work at their Freshwater site.
This is a great opportunity to learn about and work in an award-winning company, where products are made from natural products, using renewable energy, and designed to be returned when worn out, so they can be re-manufactured. Instead of creating waste, new products are made from it.
The successful candidate will work full time with Teemill whilst also studying for a professional qualification with HTP Apprenticeship College.
The successful applicant will be undertaking the Level 2 Customer Service Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
· Dealing with product enquiries over the phone, email or by social media
· Dealing with customers orders, via all formats, about their purchases
· Resolving Customer complaints, via all formats
· To monitor, update and chase current orders in process
Desired Skills:
Ideally someone who likes working with people, and has passion, personality and a desire to learn and progress with an ethical and sustainable company.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.30pm

Candidates will need to have achieved Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent grades A-C (9-4) or Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English before completing the qualification.
