Hose Rhodes Dickson (HRD) are looking to recruit an apprentice sales consultant/negotiator to be based between the Newport and Freshwater offices.

This is a great opportunity to learn about working in sales within an estate agency, whilst also studying for a professional qualification with HTP Apprenticeship College.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with customer and clients face to face, via email and on the phone.

Using specific estate agency software for all in office actions.

Relaying messages to colleagues and dealing with enquiries directly.

To generate viewings of properties, arrange valuations for potential clients and to negotiate offers.

To gradually move into hosting viewings with prospective purchasers and being able to feedback results to clients.

Creating/changing both digital and printed marketing material in window displays.

Dealing with email and voicemail enquiries which come in overnight.

     PLEASE NOTE: A requirement of this role is that you must have a driving licence and your own vehicle – mileage can be claimed back.

Desired Skills:

·        Good communication skills, confidence and keen to succeed.

          Good understanding of Microsoft office – word and outlook

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 hrs

Saturday 09.00 to 16.00 hrs

Day off in the week in lieu for working Saturdays
