Part time Business Support Assistant - 16 hours per week

A vacancy has arisen within our Business Support Team, and we are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join us as a Business Support Assistant.
In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Heads of Departments, and the Accounts Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the HR function, including the full recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, maintaining accurate staff records, and managing employee benefits.
- Acting as the main point of contact for general enquiries and handling complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Delivering general administrative support across the organisation to ensure smooth daily operations.
This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
