Role –

Island Windows are looking for a Part time Accounts Assistant to support our existing team with day-to-day support for 16 hours over two days per week.

Duties - 

·         Process Invoices

·         Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

·         Chase overdue payments

·         Take phone Calls.

·         reconcile supplier accounts.

·         General Admin

 Requirements & Skills-

·         Work experience in a similar role.

·         basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

·         Sage experience preferred.

·         Organisational and time management skills

·         attention to detail.

 Hours:  8.00 to 4.30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays
