Management Accountant 

£38K FTE | Onsite | Blackgang Chine | 30 hrs per week

We’re looking for a proactive finance professional to support business performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and financial insight — working closely with the General Manager and operational teams in a fast-paced setting.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll support the delivery of accurate financial reporting and analysis to help the business understand performance and operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end reporting, including P&L, cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI reporting
• Budget vs actual analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support
• Providing financial analysis and commentary to support business understanding
• Supporting VAT returns, banking administration, and finance queries
• Assisting with contract reviews and financial analysis for business cases
• Supporting year-end processes and external accountants
• Providing support across the finance team, including payroll cover when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in management accounting, ideally part qualified CIMA / AACA, or qualified by experience in management accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A team player who enjoys a hands-on, onsite environment
• Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy business
