FRONT OF HOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

At D H Price Motors, we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and we are looking to add to our customer service team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated person to join us.

As a front of house customer service advisor, you will:

·         Meet and greet customers

·         Manage customer car parking

·         Respond to enquiries via phone and face to face

·         Responsible for customer key management system

·         Manage customer order entries on our database

·         Perform general administration tasks

·         Be prepared to work as a team and on your own initiative

The successful candidate will also have:

·         Excellent communication skills

·         A confident friendly, approachable manner

·         Be conscientious and diligent with attention to detail

·         Demonstrate experience in a customer service position

·         The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Experience of using database management systems

·         A full driving License

·         Previous experience in the Motor Trade would be desirable but not essential
