We are looking for a Finance & Customer Response Assistant to support our finance function while also acting as a key point of contact for customer queries and day-to-day administration.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working with numbers as well as people.
Part-time | 5 day per week (3 hours a day) 9:30-12:30
Key Responsibilities
Finance Support
- Raising sales invoices and credits
- Processing supplier invoices and statements
- Assisting with credit control and customer payments
- Supporting monthly accounts preparation
- Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
Customer Response & Administration
- Handling incoming customer queries by phone and email
- Supporting order processing and resolving day-to-day issues
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
- General administration support across the business
About You
- Previous experience in a finance / accounts or office support role
- Confident using accounts software, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Organised, accurate, and detail-focused
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently
