Finance Administrator/Receptionist - PE Composites Ltd
PE Composites Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and friendly person to join our busy Company. The ideal candidate should be flexible and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in an administration role and knowledge of Sage 50 accountancy software are required along with excellent communication and IT Skills.
PE Composites Ltd have over 50 years’ experience supplying precision machined ferrous and non-ferrous materials and over 30 years developing the latest techniques required to produce composite structures for our clients. We provide a complete, end-to-end service that includes design and prototype, tooling, manufacturing, fitting and assembly
Key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving visitors to the main office. Monitoring incoming phone calls and emails.
- Processing supplier invoices, matching against purchase orders in preparation for payment.
- E-mailing customer invoices and statements.
- Liaising with customer and suppliers.
- Creating and e-mailing purchase orders to suppliers on behalf of the engineering team.
- Assisting with staff timesheets in preparation for monthly Payroll.
- Organising catering, refreshments and travel arrangements for management as required.
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of Sage 50 accountancy software.
- Experience in an administrative role using MS Office Suite.
- Be able to manage own work load whilst providing admin support for the team.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Own transport.
