BOOKKEEPER & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
MBJ Motor Factors is a well established small friendly business, we are looking for a Full-Time Client Bookkeeper & Payroller, with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our inclusive team based in Cowes.
Key duties include:
- Bookkeeping
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Bank and Credit card reconciliation
- Submitting VAT returns
- Credit Control
- Managing supplier payments
- Posting Journals
- Reconciling control accounts
- Preparing management accounts
- Preparing year end file for our accountants
- Answering the telephone to our valued customers
- Payroll: Sick Pay,Maternity Pay, Setting up new payroll schemes
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Well organised and able to work off their own initiative
- Excellent time keeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
