Sous Chef
We are looking for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our busy and friendly kitchen team.
Working alongside our Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent food standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen
- Preparing and presenting high-quality food to a consistent standard
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and menu development
- Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step
- Passion for fresh food and excellent presentation
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
