Front of House at VBG encompasses all visitor facing elements of the Garden including admissions, retail, plant sales, café and restaurant. The Front of House team work together to ensure we serve our Garden members and visitors including events, coach trips, weddings and school visits.
We are looking for team players who want to enhance the customer experience at Ventnor Botanic Garden. The main role will be in the Plantation Room Cafe whilst sometimes being asked to cover the shop or plant sales or admissions - full training given across all areas.

Ventnor Botanic Garden is home to 22 Acres of sub-tropical plants. It is known as “Britain’s Hottest Garden” due to being situated in its own micro-climate.
