About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Lead to take ownership of our digital presence and bring our brand to life across social media, photography, and video.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team within a growing business that encourages creativity, fresh ideas, and innovation. From planning campaigns to capturing content on-site, you’ll play a key role in how our audience experiences Robin Hill.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day social media activity across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
- Creating engaging content including photography, video, and graphics
- Designing digital and print assets (social posts, signage, posters, menus, and more)
- Planning and delivering social campaigns aligned with wider marketing activity
- Supporting long-term social media strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation
- Monitoring trends and using insights to keep content fresh and relevant
- Managing paid social campaigns and budgets
- Working with influencers to create impactful, seasonal content
- Updating website content via CMS
- Creating and sending marketing emails, analysing performance
- Supporting the promotion of events and experiences across the park
- Engaging with followers and responding to social media queries
- Tracking performance and optimising campaigns based on data
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, design)
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Excellent written English and copywriting ability
- Good understanding of social media trends and platforms
- Ability to plan ahead while adapting to last-minute opportunities
- A proactive, flexible attitude
Desirable:
- Experience working with a CMS
- Confidence working with influencers or external partners
- Passion for photography and videography
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable capturing content featuring members of the public

Please note: This position follows a seasonal schedule, with 5 working days per week during peak season (March–October) and 3 working days per week during the off-season (November–February), when the park is closed.
This role may require flexibility to support events and wider business needs.
