Ideally you will identify or have a specific interestion some of our poduct categories and add to our existing team’s interests and product knowledge experience.
The successful candidate will
- Attend to customers promptly and attentively.
- Welcome hotel guests and check them in.
- Identify and communicate product and inventory needs to the management in a timely manner.
- Reliably attend work in accord with the designated rota plan.
- Learn and recall training and communicating product knowledge, the story and experiences to customers. Providing an engaging and knowledgeable experience to customers.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in a clean and welcoming shopping environment Replenishing front shop stock levels and maintaining an attractive shelf presence.
- Perform online order fulfilment tasks in a timely manner in accord with customer service promises.
