BlueberryLabs is an innovative technology company pushing the boundaries of AI and machine learning to create cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize industries. We are seeking a Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our team in a key role within our GTM team, responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline from in and outbound (all-bound) activity. As the first sales hire outside of the founding team, you will play a key role in our growth and work directly with the founders.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers that can benefit from our products.
- Reach out to prospects through a mix of outbound calls, emails, and social media engagment to generate interest.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, and outbound leads from your outreach, to determine sales readiness.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in our CRM, Hubspot.
- Stay updated on industry trends, our product offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.
What we are looking for:
- General business experience: An internship or other business-related role is sufficient
- Be a self-starter and willing to work in isolation and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about B2B software solutions and AI.
- Previous experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required. ot) is a plus but not required.
