Premier Motors is a well-established and trusted dealership on the Isle of Wight, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our friendly, customer-focused team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for cars, and wants to build a rewarding career in motor sales.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, approachable experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to handover.
- Arrange test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Discuss finance options, warranties and add-on products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience within motor trade sales (Preferred).
- Confident, well-presented and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, reliable and target-driven.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence required.
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, with 1 day off in the week, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
