Isle of Wight Jobs have been instructed by one of the Isle of Wight’s premier estate agencies to recruit for a Property Sales Consultant.
Due to retirement this highly respected, independent property firm with offices across the Island is seeking a self-motivated, passionate and personable property professional to join their growing team.

Previous property experience is a plus, but strong interpersonal skills and a passion for homes and community can go a long way.
About the Role:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential high-net-worth buyers, including corporate clients.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the premium property market, including current trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Property Valuation & Advice: Conduct property valuations, advise on market pricing, and provide expert guidance to buyers.
- Sales Process Management: Guide buyers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to legal completion.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate with buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms and close sales.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all clients.
- Documentation & Administration: Handle all aspects of sales documentation, contracts, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience Required: 2-5 years’ experience specifically in the high-end property market.
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and present information clearly and professionally.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research, analyse property values, and assess investment opportunities.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other parties involved in the sales process.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in handling documentation, contracts, and client records.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Property Market Knowledge: Understanding of the UK property market, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and financial concepts relevant to real estate sales.
