- Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 based on skills and experience

About Us:
The Isle of Wight Steam Railway is a successful, progressive and leading Isle of Wight visitor attraction.
It’s a long standing educational charity, a popular operational heritage railway and an Arts Council England Accredited Museum.
It operates a unique collection of heritage Island railway rolling stock enjoyed by over 100,000 visitors annually and with an opportunity to reach new digital audiences.
About the Role: Joining our professional team working at the heart of the Island’s visitor economy and the UK’s heritage rail sector, in this role you will:
- ‘Own’, lead and manage the marketing of this leading visitor attraction
- Develop existing and new business opportunities to increase visitors – both in-person and online
- Produce and manage successful events, activities and experiences
- Grow and facilitate strong, sustained and engaged relationships making new connections
- Contribute to a positive, fun and supportive culture with collaboration, communication and consideration central to our development
- Have plenty of scope to innovate, to grow and to build your skillset as the ‘go to’ person to get stuff done and get it done well!
