Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and effectiveness, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front of house, customer service and our restaurant team, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of out of house marketing professionals, fostering a creative and results-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in [specific industry].
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
