As we grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help strengthen our brand presence and support home sales through thoughtful, well-executed marketing.
This new role supports the delivery of all marketing activity at Captiva Homes. You’ll take the lead on implementing campaigns and managing content across all channels, while collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing Director on direction and priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on and varied role – you'll need to comfortably switch between strategic thinking and day-to-day delivery. You’ll be responsible for:
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and deliver a marketing plan aligned to business goals, with a strong focus on driving home sales.
- Create a consistent, compelling brand presence across all channels.
- Help position Captiva Homes as a thought leader in housebuilding, sustainability, and community development.
- Ensure all activity complies with guidelines and industry best practices.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and launch (where required) our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, & LinkedIn.
- Maintain a content calendar that promotes our brand values, drives leads, and boosts sales.
- Deliver community engagement campaigns that support placemaking and connect with Islanders.
- Share behind-the-scenes content, team interviews, and sustainability stories to humanise the brand.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimise based on performance.
Video Content, Advertising & Digital Marketing
- Film and edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and the website that showcases our homes and drives inquiries and viewings.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including website updates, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Create digital campaigns to generate leads, raise awareness, and boost sales performance.
- Manage paid advertising to ensure effective targeting and strong return on investment.
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics and other tools, optimising campaigns to maximise sales conversions.
- Report on campaign performance and use data to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
This is a wide-ranging role requiring creativity, organisation, and initiative. You’ll need to be confident working independently and managing projects end to end.
Essential

Proven experience delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Strong social media and content creation skills.

Experience with SEO, email platforms, and CMS (ideally WordPress).

Basic design and video editing skills.

Strong writing and proofreading ability.

Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI.

Full UK driving licence.
Desirable

Marketing-related degree.

Experience with CRMs or customer journey mapping.
The Interview Process
As part of the interview, you’ll be asked to present a brief marketing strategy for a new or existing housing development — including tactics to drive home sales. We’ll use this to understand your strategic approach and practical skills. Full details will be provided in advance.
