We’re looking for an External Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Powered Now in 2025 and help us build a stronger outbound sales engine. This is a prospecting role where you’ll focus on generating new opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams as well as our outreach partner, Terrran.
What you’ll be doing

Driving new lead generation through telesales campaigns

Attending trade shows and industry events to capture outbound opportunities and represent Powered Now

Working closely with marketing to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness

Researching, identifying, and targeting decision-makers in plumbing, heating, and electrical trades

Building and managing prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What we’re looking for
-
Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or business development

Comfortable with cold outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn

Skilled at using data-driven tools to identify and contact prospects

Target-driven and resilient, with a positive attitude to hitting quotas

Strong communicator with the ability to build quick rapport with prospects

Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

Bonus: experience working with agency partners to scale outreach
