We're looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in East Cowes.
Your Role as an Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator -
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations & viewings, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

The Wright Estate Agency is one of the Isle of Wight's largest independent estate agencies and has been selling properties on the Island for over 30 years. Whilst over the years many of our competitors have branched into lettings, holiday rentals, commercial property, financial advice etc, we have remained true to our core business of residential sales, with all our staff solely dedicated to what they do best - selling houses, flats and bungalows across the Island.
Hours -
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm Lieu day in the week a Saturday worked.
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience working within an Estate Agency preferable.
High level of customer service skills.
Positive attitude.
Good telephone manner.
Good communication skills
Good IT skills
A full driving licence
Good organisational skills
