Removal Company Sales Surveyor and Estimator.

Mew the Movers Ltd are an established Isle of Wight Removal Company we require an experienced Sales Surveyor and Customer Support Manager. The successful applicant should have a Sales Background working with customers in person, telephone and via email.

You will enjoy developing relationships, responding to customer enquiries and proactively market and selling the Mew the Movers Brand to prospective clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop sales in the Domestic, Commercial and International Removals areas.

* React to leads and enquiries primarily by telephone, email and video.

* Assist in working out a removal plan based on the accurate quantities and information obtained from the survey.

* Be able to work as a member of a team and be able to contribute, influence and put forward ideas.

* Proactively canvass, generate and contact leads.

* Account management of existing customers already in the system.

* Work with the Operations team to establish appropriate service standards and to proactively and to proactively seek service improvements

* Build good relationships with customers of all ages, offering a full range of customer support and services in what can be a very stressful time.

* Identify and develop target markets via a range of marketing initiatives.

* Provide advice on local, national and international moves.

* Be able to inform, listen as well as reassure potential customers and accurately record details on our CRM system.

* Mew the Movers are a small company and staff are expected to multitask and you will be expected to deliver and collect packaging materials, assist in office and carry out other tasks within the business.

* You will not be expected to carry out removals but gaining experience with removal teams can be beneficial in part of the training process.

Experience and Knowledge:

· Previous field sales experience B2C preferably or personal B2B.

· Good negotiating and influencing skills.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· PC literate – Outlook, Word, Excel and Google and our CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Numeric and analytical.

* Possess good literacy skills.

* PC literate.

* Familiar with Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace.

Training:

· Attend various training courses as and when required and gain experience of jobs carried out by the existing staff as well as the current post holder.

Job Types: Full-time/Part Time/Flexible Permanent. Hours to suite the needs of the business.

Pay: £25,000 per annum + pro rata.
