As a Business Development Executive at Teemill Tech, you'll drive our growth by cultivating strong client relationships and helping them achieve their objectives. You'll collaborate with brands, influencers, and charities to develop innovative campaigns and marketing strategies, ensuring our clients thrive in the digital marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Scout out and engage with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and being creative in your approach to find and execute new opportunities and marketing initiatives.
- Craft and execute bold sales plans to achieve and surpass targets.
- Develop creative marketing initiatives to achieve partner goals and integrate Teemill into their strategies.
- Pitch prospective clients and create tailored proposals for new campaigns aligned with current digital trends.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements that boost revenue and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive mutual success and satisfaction.
- Plan, manage, and oversee campaigns from inception to execution, collaborating closely with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Software) and external stakeholders.
- Work with internal teams to execute our solutions hit the mark and keep our clients grinning.
- Stay on the pulse of market trends and rivals, sharing insights and ideas to keep us ahead of the game.
- Keep leadership in the loop with regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role is a plus, but we welcome individuals at all levels, from fresh faces to seasoned pros.
- Experience in a target-driven or competitive environment is beneficial.
- A solid grasp of sales principles and customer service know-how.
- Clear communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sustainability.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not a deal-breaker for entry-level applicants.
