Business Development Executive - Smart Training and Recruitment Limited

Business Development Executive:

This role is hybrid, with regional travel across the South Coast for on-site employer/learner engagement.

 

The Role:

Are you passionate, highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive? Do you have a keen eye for detail, great admin skills, an engaging approach to building strong relationships? Then we want to hear from you!

 

Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to drive Apprenticeship starts, build employer relationships and contribute to the overall company ambition. You will be required to generate new business opportunities, attend industry networking and events, as well as expanding existing employer relationships, and proactively identifying new business opportunities to promote our Apprenticeship programmes.

 

This role is crucial in driving business growth by expanding our Apprenticeship provision. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and developing strong relationships with new and existing employers, inspiring them to invest in Apprenticeships.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Passionate about sales & target driven.
  • A proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets
  • Strong record of building and managing a robust sales pipeline
  • Proficient in using CRM systems.
  • Capable of working under pressure to deliver consistent results.
  • Confident with using Teams, Office 365 and other technologies.
  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel within your regional area.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £35k + uncapped commission
