As a Business Development & Marketing Apprentice at Teemill, you'll be part of a fast-paced commercial team helping brands and creators grow their impact online. You’ll support lead generation, outreach campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer success while learning how to build partnerships with some of the most forward-thinking organisations out there. This role offers hands-on experience across sales and marketing, from identifying new leads and helping create proposals, to analysing campaign performance and exploring new ways to promote sustainable products. You’ll build real-world skills in communication, commercial thinking, and digital tools — with room to grow in business development, marketing or account management roles over time.
Responsibilities
- Research organisations, influencers, and charities to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the outreach process by preparing contact lists, tracking follow-ups, and helping manage CRM tools.
- Work with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and social content.
- Help draft sales proposals, email templates, or pitch decks tailored to specific opportunities.
- Take part in creative sessions to brainstorm campaign ideas for partners.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Track sales and marketing performance, help interpret data, and report key trends to the team.
- Learn how to use AI tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems to boost efficiency and results.
- Support day-to-day operations across the sales pipeline — helping the team stay organised and on track.
- Participate in regular coaching, skills training, and mentorship to build your confidence and capabilities.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade 4/C or above
- A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications are desirable
- Eligibility to enrol in a Level 3 or Level 4 Sales/Business apprenticeship programme
