The Sandown

A 14 bedroom property on Culver parade offering holiday accommodation 22nd May - 31st August.

We are looking for someone aged 21+ to look after the accommodation this summer.

Applicants must have a keen eye for detail, good time management and organisational skills and be confident and able to lone work.

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and who is going to treat the Sandown like their own home this summer and give the property and our guests some TLC.

Duties will include but are not limited to:-

Tidying, cleaning & hoovering public areas

Tidying & cleaning guest bedrooms

Changing over bedrooms on departure days

Collecting and putting out the rubbish ready for collection

Cleaning in reach windows and front doors inside and out

Sweeping up outside and tending to plants

Mowing the small lawn area

When things are quiet - assiting the property caretakers at our neighbouring property the Sandringham sweeping the front steps, forecourt and cleaning windows and front doors

Collecting back room keys on departure days and handing keys back to the Sandringham

Responding to minor maintenance and repairs that are within your capability or reporting and arranging external maintenance if not

Hours of work 10am - 2pm or 11am - 3pm 3 days a week - Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. Additional days may be available on busier weeks.
