We manage 120 holiday properties across the Isle of Wight — and we’re still growing.

As we prepare for another busy season, we’re looking for reliable, detail-focused housekeepers to join our friendly and professional team.

Many of our team members return season after season — something we’re incredibly proud of — and we’re excited to welcome new people who want to be part of a supportive, well-organised operation.

The Role

You’ll help prepare our holiday homes for arriving guests, ensuring every property is spotless, welcoming and ready to deliver a fantastic first impression.

Our main changeover days are:

• Friday

• Saturday

• Monday

This makes the role ideal for anyone looking for flexible work that fits around school hours, family life, studies or another job.

What You’ll Earn

• £12.71 per hour

• 12.07% additional holiday pay

• 30p per mile mileage reimbursement

• All cleaning equipment provided

Typical shifts are 4–6 hours depending on property size.
