About the Role
Arthur Wheeler Estate Agents are looking for a motivated and organised Part-Time Sales Progressor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved in the property sales process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage companies to obtain updates on property transactions and ensure progress is maintained. You will also be responsible for keeping our sellers and buyers informed with clear and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Making telephone calls and sending emails to solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders
- Obtaining and tracking updates on the progress of property sales
- Communicating progress updates to buyers and sellers
- Maintaining clear records of sales progression and communications
- Assisting the team in ensuring transactions move forward efficiently
Hours
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 8 hours per week (two/three monrnings). However, additional hours may be required from time to time to assist with effective sales progression during busier periods.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and electronically
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build professional relationships with external parties
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
Experience
Experience within the property or estate agency industry would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
