With our brands Silver Arch Property Solutions, Silver Arch Holiday Let Solutions and Silver Arch Facilities Solutions we manage holiday lets, second homes, residential lets and office premises. Our property management solutions include housekeeping, end of tenancy cleaning, planned and emergency maintenance, gas and electrical maintenance as well as compliance areas such as EPC’s and fire safety risk assessments.
The Role:
Due to significant growth, Silver Arch Group is looking for two Property Managers to join our team to manage a portfolio of properties within assigned areas across the Island.
The property portfolio includes holiday lets, second homes, office/commercial premises, as well as organising end of tenancy cleans when required for agents’ properties within your area.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
· Being the first point of contact for all property owners, office/business managers and letting agents within your portfolio.
· Meeting with owners and businesses to build strong working relationships and discuss the details behind their required services.
· Recruiting, training and managing a team of housekeepers within your assigned areas, including organising rotas.
· Tracking and organising all holiday let changeovers, second home cleans, office cleans, and end of tenancy cleans.
· Checking all cleans via our online reporting software to ensure your team is adhering to the required standard and address any issues that may arise.
· Carrying out in person checks at properties including vacant and winter property checks.
· Organising any required maintenance or compliance areas for properties within your portfolio.
· The role involves being on call a maximum of two weekends per month during the height of the season (typically April to October) and one weekend per month during the low season (typically November to March) to support owners, guests and housekeepers with any questions or issues.
Please note that annual leave cannot be taken during any school holidays.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills, both externally with clients and contractors and internally with internal team and senior management

- Proactive and solution driven

- A full, clean UK drivers license
- Own vehicle for business travel (mileage claimed at 30p per mile)
