Are you ready to lead at the UK's oldest and Nationally Award-Winning theme park? Blackgang Chine is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our catering operation. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers enjoy high-quality food and exceptional service, keeping them energised for their day of fun.

Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of food and beverage staff, fostering a positive, fun and collaborative work environment.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including our main cafe, themed outlets, bars and standalone kiosks
• Quality First: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety are consistently met.
• Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by developing and implementing creative menus, delivering exceptional service and atmosphere.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue through effective planning and stock level management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, stock management, and cost control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to use a full suite of Microsoft applications to aid productivity and presentation of budgets, reports etc
