Situated at the edge of the sea and overlooking Freshwater bay the brand new tastefully refurbished Albion Hotel offers some of the best views the Isle of Wight has to offer. Air Conditioned throughout, with 40 bedrooms, a new bar and 100 seat restaurant, the new Albion is a modern hotel with an incredible 300 year heritage. We serve top quality food, wines, and cocktails with attention to detail for our customers effortless enjoyment in relaxed and beautiful surroundings.

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the new team here at The Albion Hotel. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make the most of your role while working alongside a supportive Bar and Restaurant Manager.

What you’ll do: 

• Assist in setup of the Restaurant and serving of hot and/or cold food to customers with professionalism;
• Help the restaurant manager with rotas, trainings and day by day operations;
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations;
• Serve and replenish to our guests needs;
• Interacts with resident and non- resident guests at all times;

Package Description:

• We offer a sensible shift pattern, across a 45-hour working week from Monday to Sunday with two days off and a salary of £27-29k plus tips depending on experience.
• Shifts are as necessary to support with business requirements 
• Full uniform supplied
