The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service via meetings, phone, and email
- Managing relationships with property owners, lessees, residents, and landlords
- Manage meetings with Resident Associations, RTM Companies, and stakeholders
- Conducting site visits and overseeing contractor performance
- Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with service providers
Key Attributes & Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
- Highly organised, accurate, and methodical approach
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Numerate and IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Email)
- Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR and Data Protection regulations
Desirable Knowledge
- Understanding of relevant legislation including:
- Landlord and Tenant Act
- Financial Conduct Authority regulations
- Health and Safety legislation
