Supervising Staff and Leadership

• Overseeing bottling plant/water cooler/driving staff to ensure they are productive and working efficiently.
• Providing leadership that drives performance excellence and ensures efficient staff operation

Staff Development

• Handling human resource decisions such as hiring, training, performance monitoring and implementing staff development initiatives.
• Managing Budgets         
• Ensuring that production budgets are met and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensuring that the production facility complies with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensuring the operation meets legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Ensuring the plant maintains its Water Hydration Association Plant and Distributors accreditation.

Operational Efficiency

• Optimizing processes, mapping how work gets done, removing bottlenecks and introducing better ways of working.

Performance Monitoring

• Using KPI’s and dashboards to drive output, quality, service levels, customer satisfaction and safety.

Cost Management

• Monitoring and managing operational costs, ensuring budget conformance and initiating cost-saving strategies.

Problem Solving

• Dealing with staffing gaps, supply chain issues, system outages, customer complaints or operational incidents.

Bottling Plant/Warehouse

• To keep the warehouse/watercooler area clean and tidy.

Customer and Supply Management

• Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales and attract new customers
• Work with the existing supply base, source new suppliers and products to enhance the product offer

Logistics

• To maintain an operational vehicle licence
• To check and maintain the Forklift Truck regularly and report any technical issues to the CEO
• To maintain all company vehicles including cleaning, safety checks, serving, MOT’s and break downs
• Tanker CIP Cleaning

Cleaning

• CIP Bottling Plants
• CIP Internal Tanks
• Clean site and continual improve building standards

Stakeholder Management

• Working closely with Sales, CEO, Chairman and Trustees and external partners to keep everything aligned.
