We are looking for a Head of Services who understands that great care is not a checklist. It is about people, relationships, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

If you have been quietly making a difference across multiple services and waiting for the right opportunity to step up, this could be it.


Who You Are

You bring at least four years experience leading within health and social care, ideally across multiple services. You have built strong teams, improved quality, and supported others to grow, and you have the results to show for it.

You are not just a manager. You are someone who develops people. You recognise potential early, support it properly, and believe development should be meaningful, not just a tick box exercise.

You are approachable, organised, and calm under pressure. When things get difficult, you are the person others turn to. You know when to delegate, when to step in, and when to simply listen.

Most importantly, you understand that behind every role is a person, and that their wellbeing matters just as much as outcomes.


What You Will Do

Support and guide managers across multiple locations, providing hands on leadership when it is needed
Work in partnership with the Registered Manager to continuously improve service quality
Champion the voices of the people we support through forums and co production
Take ownership of key compliance areas with a structured, organised approach
Participate in a 2nd on call rota one weekend in three, with full support in place
Shape team culture by strengthening communication between staff, leadership, and the people we support
