We are seeking energetic individuals who can work in a fast paced environment to join our exciting Team. 

What are we looking for- 

• Have a passion for food, wine and be able to deliver high standards of guest care with consistent levels of service
• A keen eye for detail and a friendly approach
• Good organisational skills
• Proven experience in a similar senior front of house or restaurant management role
• Energetic individuals with a positive attitude. 
• Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
• Maintain the highest standards of service and guest care
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.  
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and manage time effectively. 
• Hard working and reliable. 
• Someone who is happy to help in other departments from time to time

What does the job entail-

• Managing all front of house ordering and stock levels. 
• Training Brasserie team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with all departments.
• Liaise with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu’s and customer feedback.
• Creating cocktail menu, seasonal drinks, managing the wine and drinks menu.
