Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community?

We are looking for a Part-Time Driver to join our dedicated team at Plean Dene. You will provide a vital service for our residents, maintaining their access to Day Services and/or community activities e.g.: trips to Donkey Sanctuary, coffee mornings etc. or support to various appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.
  • Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
  • Maintain accurate records of journeys and mileage.
  • Communicate effectively with care staff and residents.

Requirements:

  • Full clean D1 UK driving license.
  • Friendly, patient, and respectful manner.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
  • DBS check will be required prior to employment.
