We operate a fleet of Crew Transfer Vessels supporting offshore wind farms across the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Crew Coordinator to join our Fleet Operations team, working alongside our existing crewing team to ensure our vessels remain safely and compliantly crewed and operationally ready. 

The role involves close liaison with Masters, Superintendents and the wider Operations Team, particularly when managing short-notice crew changes or addressing compliance requirements.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crew rotations across the fleet

  • Maintain accurate crew allocation and certification records

  • Monitor training and document validity

  • Organise travel and logisitics for crew members. 
  • Liaise with Masters and Superintendents regarding crew changes

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activity

  • Respond to short-notice operational adjustments

About You 

  • Highly organised with an attention to detail

  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Confident communicator

  • Experience in workforce planning, logistics or marine operations desirable
