Isle of Wight Jobs has been instructed by a locally based and highly respected global organisation to recruit for a Project Manager – Global Software Solutions.

Based on the Isle of Wight, this role is an opportunity which will see you working closely with the software development team to deploy and deliver process software projects across the globe.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a background within a technical environment, with team management experience. With strong negotiation skills, you will be a strong relationship manager who is self-motivated, methodical and conscientious. 

It may be that you are an experienced project manager, team leader or a software developer looking to move into a project management role.   

Working from their offices on the Isle of Wight, you’ll be responsible for managing software development across multiple projects, whilst defining and developing project plans, schedules and milestones.

You’ll manage and allocate resources in collaboration with stakeholders, along with project schedules to ensure the identification of risks and implement mitigation strategies. Financial management is key as well as conducting post project evaluations and determining recommendations for future projects.

As a bonus, if you have a Project Management qualification, experience with ISO 9001 QMS or a Degree in Computer Science this would be great, but not essential.
