Permanent Contract 39 hours per week, which will reduce to 37 hours per week from 1st August 2026 with no change in salary

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across our Computing provision, supporting students from Level 1 through to Higher Education University programmes.
About the Role
As a Lecturer in Computing, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and industry-relevant lessons.
• Teach across a range of programmes including Level 1, Level 2, T Level and University provision.
• Support students to develop the technical, professional and employability skills required by the digital sector.
• Contribute to curriculum development and help shape innovative learning experiences.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
• Build positive relationships with employers and industry partners to enhance student opportunities and progression.

• Has expertise in Software Development.
• Is qualified to degree level in a computer science discipline.
• Is passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential.
• Understands current and emerging technologies and their impact on industry.
• Can inspire and motivate students through creative and engaging teaching.
• Values inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Teaching qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from industry professionals who are keen to move into education and share their knowledge and experience.
