Installation & Support Engineer Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy expanding EPOS operation. Are you a skilled in IT with a passion for technology and customer service? Join our team at ICR Systems as an EPOS Installation & Support Engineer! We are a leading provider of innovative EPOS solutions, serving a diverse range of industries and clients.

The following duties involved in this position are:

• Install, configure, and test EPOS systems at client locations.
• Provide on-site technical support during installations and upgrades.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on the operation and maintenance of EPOS systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest EPOS technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Assist in the development and improvement of installation and support processes.
• Maintaining of Barista Coffee machines, Commercial Dish and Glass Washers

The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of EPOS systems with a sound understanding of Windows & networking related operations. Although applicants with a good knowledge of computer related skills would be also be suitable.

Job Summary

• Full Time Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (Weekend Out of Hours on Rotation)
• Contract Permanent (After 6 Month Trial Period)
• Salary Dependent on experience
