We’re looking for an IT Support & Cyber Security Engineer to support and deliver our internal IT function, providing first and second-line support so that employees have the equipment, access and systems they need to perform their roles effectively.

Your take responsibility for the company's cyber security, remote device management and build the processes that allow IT to scale reliably as the business grows.

What you will be doing as an IT Support & Cyber Security Engineer:

• Provide first and second-line IT support across the business, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and access issues. 

• Install, configure and maintain new hardware and software, including laptops, phones, peripherals, production IT equipment and business applications. 

• Use remote management tools to proactively check devices for faults, bugs, malware and viruses, resolving issues remotely to minimise disruption to employees. 

• Take ownership of the company's cyber security, including endpoint protection, patch management, user-access controls, multi-factor authentication, backups and security policies. 

• Promote cyber security awareness across the business, providing clear guidance to employees on phishing, passwords and the safe use of company systems. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience working in a first and second-line IT support role, with hands-on responsibility for user administration, device management and IT security. 

• Hands-on experience managing cyber security controls, including endpoint protection, MFA, patching and access management. 

• Experience administering user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
