Position :  Head of IT and Digital Transformation

Permanent : 22.5 hours per week

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of IT and Digital Transformation to join UKSA.

The Head of IT & Digital Transformation is UKSA’s most senior IT and digital lead, accountable for all technology services and cyber security, and will act as a key adviser to the Executive and Trustees on digital matters. As a member of the senior leadership team, the role will shape UKSA’s digital roadmap and support organisation-wide change. The role is responsible for ensuring resilient, secure, efficient, and future-proof technology services that support organisational delivery, enhance operational effectiveness, and enable digital transformation.

The role will:

  • Lead IT strategy and roadmap development
  • Drive efficiencies and improved service quality through technology
  • Oversee digital transformation and systems integration
  • Strengthen IT governance, cyber security, and organisational resilience
  • Ensure fit-for-purpose IT architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, and cloud
  • Deliver excellent supplier, contract, and budget management
