We’re Peekaboo - a well-established digital branding and creative agency based in Ryde on the Isle of Wight - and we’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team.
With 20 years of delivering standout branding, digital solutions and strategic marketing for clients nationwide, we combine big-thinking creativity with a friendly, collaborative approach.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing, a curious mind, and a real willingness to learn.
Whether you’re just starting out or ready to properly explore the world of digital marketing, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience from day one.
You’ll become part of a supportive, tight-knit team where ideas are encouraged, growth is championed, and every project is a chance to learn something new.
The Role
As our Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be actively involved in real client work that drives results - not just shadowing from the sidelines.
A typical day might include:
- Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling
- Updating and managing content on client websites (WordPress)
- Editing marketing materials using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Supporting campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Analysing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social insights
- Helping manage campaign activity, budgets and reporting
Full training and support will be provided by the team here at Peekaboo, alongside your apprenticeship training.
Training & Development
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships.
This includes structured online learning, one-to-one support, and regular training sessions - giving you the skills, confidence and experience to grow in the industry.
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Good English writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Good organisation and time management
Requirements:
- Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £16,000–£18,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
