Ryde House Group are expanding their People and Culture Team! We're looking for someone with a people-centred mindset who can help us maintain our positive workplace culture.

What you'll do:

• Advise on all HR related enquiries.
• Ensure CQC and employment law compliance.
• Media and communications (internal and external).
• Take minutes of meetings.
• Support HR audits and improvements on HR processes.
• Assist with Recruitment.
• Events organisation.

Who we're looking for:

• Experienced in an HR role with ER exposure.
• Knowledgable in UK employment law and best practice.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• And most importantly - a people person!

We have a range of software and systems that support us in our day-to-day such as Slack, Wrike and Google Workspace, so a tech savvy mind and approach will really help in this role.
